The Campus Launch Program equips you to open your own Hearts Academy campus — a hybrid homeschool program built on the university style, grounded in biblical truth, academic excellence, and family discipleship.
But this isn’t just an idea or a few templates. This is the actual structure, systems, and support we use ourselves — handed to you, with coaching and care.

Once you're accepted, we begin walking you through your personalized launch steps with documents, templates, and coaching.

You’ll receive your tools — from your SIS system to branding files — and we’ll help you localize everything for your city.

With a solid foundation in place, you’ll launch your Hearts Academy campus — fully equipped and supported every step of the way.

Q: Is this a franchise?
A: No — this is not a franchise. Each campus is independently led but fully aligned with Hearts Academy’s mission, systems, and values. This is a Kingdom partnership, not a corporate model.

Q: Do I need a building or facility to launch?
A: Yes. Each Hearts Academy campus meets in person, so you'll need access to a church, school building, or rented space that fits your local needs. We’ll help you plan and prepare for that during your launch process.

Q: What grades do I have to offer?
A: That’s up to you! Some campuses begin with just elementary or middle school and grow over time. We’ll help you decide what’s manageable and impactful for your community.

Q: Do I need teaching experience?
A: No. You’ll lead as a director, not a full-time teacher. We provide the lesson plans and structure, and you’ll work with a team of tutors to serve your families.

Q: What kind of support do I receive?
A: You’ll receive hands-on coaching, a custom-built FACTS system, editable lesson plans, a full website, branding materials, and access to our leadership network. You are fully equipped — and never left alone.

Q: Can I customize parts of the program?
A: Yes! While the core mission, hybrid model, and academic structure remain aligned with Hearts Academy, each campus reflects its own leadership and local context.

Q: How long does it take to launch a campus?
A: Most leaders launch within 3–6 months, depending on their pace. We walk you through a launch plan step by step and help you prepare at a sustainable speed.

Q: Is this program accredited?
A: Accreditation is optional. We partner with Trinity Center for Independent Study for those who want to pursue accreditation. (Alabama and many states do not require it for homeschool-based programs.)

Q: What does it cost to launch a campus?
A: There is a one-time Campus Launch Program fee of $20,000. Your other expenses will depend on your local decisions (such as facility, team, and supplies). We help you plan a clear and manageable launch budget.

Q: Do I have to charge tuition?
A: Yes. Charging tuition is necessary to ensure your campus can cover expenses like space rental, tutors, supplies, and systems. We help you determine tuition rates and create a sustainable financial model that aligns with your community.

Q: What if I’m not tech-savvy?
A: We do everything we can to make the process simple. Your website is maintained by Hearts Academy, and FACTS SIS has its own dedicated help line. We also provide onboarding training to walk you through all systems. However, you or someone on your team will need to be able to navigate basic tech tools to run your campus smoothly. If you’re not comfortable with that, we recommend hiring someone who can assist.
